Food for thought

I have had this in my files for a long time now, I don't know who wrote it unfortunately but I should like to find out and meet that person for tea.

We reached the moon and came back, but we find troublesome to cross our own street to greet our neighbours. We conquered outerspace, but not our inner space. We have higher income, but less morals.... these are tiles with more liberty but less joy....with so much food, but less nutrition...''
